How We Do it

  • Request a Quote – Share photos or a short video of your roof, or we can visit to assess in person.

  • Confirm & Book – Approve the quote and we’ll arrange a date that suits you.

  • Careful Preparation – On arrival, we take before photos, note any existing damage, set up scaffold towers, cover your gutters, and cover the surrounding ground area.

  • Roof Cleaning – Remove moss with air-assisted brush, then treat with either:

    • Biocide – Works gradually to clean the roof over time and provides long-lasting protection against regrowth.

    • Soft Wash (Sodium Hypochlorite) – Provides an instant clean; any leftover moss turns white and is gently rinsed off or naturally falls away within days.

    • Low-pressure steam cleaning – Kills any remaining moss spores and gives a deep, even clean without harming the tiles.

    • No Treatment - If your main priority is moss removal or you have concerns with the use of chemicals on your roof, then we can offer a discounted service where we manually remove the moss and leave it untreated.

  • Cleaning Up – Remove loose moss from gutters and surrounding ground area with our vacuum system, wash the exterior of your home - including uPVC, patios, and conservatories - and finish with detailed after photos.
